Terms of service

What the service is, what you pay for it, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Version 2026-09-29. This is the first edition — when a next one arrives, the previous stays available.

1 · Who the parties are

The service is provided by SIA "Brain Club", reg. No. 50203729831, registered address Friča Brīvzemnieka iela 7, Liepāja, LV-3401. You can reach us at hello@brainclub.com.
By default the customer is a business. If you use the service for your own private purposes you are a consumer, and sections 5 and 10 also apply to you.
These terms are the contract between us and you. They take effect when you start using the service.

2 · The service

Brain Club is the office that works by itself: AI colleagues — accountant, lawyer, CTO — read your mail, books and registers, do the work by written procedures, and you just approve. Latvia first.
The agent drafts, a person decides. Nothing is sent, published or paid without your separate approval.
Answers are information, not legal, tax or investment advice. When a decision is a large one, check it with a professional who answers for their own name.
When we do not know something, we say so. An empty answer is not a zero, and we do not guess in a confident voice.

3 · Account and access

You open an account with an email address, and the second factor is an SMS we send ourselves. Workspace tokens are time-limited and expire on their own.
You are responsible for what the people you invite into your workspace do. Access is withdrawn in the same place it was granted.
If somebody has got hold of your account, write to us at once at security@brainclub.com.

4 · Plans, prices and payment

Prices, and what each plan includes, are on /pricing. VAT is not applied — we are not registered for VAT. If that changes, this line and the pricing page change with it.
You pay for a period in advance. The card is handled by the payment provider — we never see or store card details.
You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. We do not refund the period already started, and we do not bill another one.
After the account is closed your data can be downloaded for 30 days. After that we delete it, except what we must keep for accounting — the Accounting Law says for how long.

5 · Right of withdrawal — consumers

A consumer has 14 days to withdraw. That right comes from section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
A digital service that starts at once has an exception: if you expressly ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, then after full performance you can no longer use it.
If you have made no such request, the 14 days stand. Send a withdrawal to hello@brainclub.com — in your own words; we return the money within 14 days.

6 · Your content and your data

Your texts, files and conversations are yours. We process them to provide the service, and we sell none of it.
To produce an answer, the conversation reaches a model provider. Who they are and what that means is set out in the privacy notice.
We sign a data processing agreement with business customers on request — write to privacy@brainclub.com.

7 · Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content or actions, and do not pass yourself off as another person or company.
Use our registry, legal and cadastre layers through the product. Automated extraction outside it, reselling, or sharing access with third parties is not allowed.
If your use threatens the service for everyone else we may limit it — and we say exactly what we limited and why.

8 · Availability and changes

We promise no uninterrupted availability. We promise reasonable efforts, notice of planned work, and an honest answer when something goes wrong.
The product changes. When these terms change materially we write to you 30 days before the change takes effect; if it does not suit you, you can end the contract before that day.

9 · Liability

For business customers our total liability is limited to the fees you paid over the last 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect loss — lost profit, or a decision you took without checking the answer.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer’s statutory rights, and nothing could.

10 · Governing law and disputes

The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia, and disputes are heard by the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
Write to us first — most of it is settled in one letter.
A consumer may also turn to Data State Inspectorate and Consumer Rights Protection Centre or take the dispute out of court to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission (at PTAC).
